Back home in the U.S., bread often left us feeling bloated, and we couldn’t stop wondering why. That curiosity led us down a rabbit hole of flour, baking traditions, and ancient grains, and eventually to einkorn.

This ancient wheat won us over with its golden color, delicate nutty flavor, and the way we felt when we baked with it at home. Soon there were loaves cooling on the counter, pancakes on slow mornings, and chocolate chip cookies worth sharing. De la Rosa Farms grew from those little rituals.
